Bohemian Border Bash Race

Bohemian Border Bash Race is a self-supported mixed-terrain ultracycling event that circumnavigates the historic borders of Bohemia through Czechia, Germany, Poland, and Austria. Designed as a fixed-route adventure, the race combines remote gravel roads, forest tracks, forgotten tarmac, and relentless mountain climbs into one of Central Europe’s toughest endurance challenges.

The route covers approximately 1,420 kilometres with 25,290 metres of elevation gain, starting and finishing in Srbská Kamenice, within Bohemian-Saxon Switzerland National Park, Czechia. Riders pass through the Elbe Sandstone Mountains, Ore Mountains, Bohemian Forest, Eagle Mountains, Table Mountains, and the Giant Mountains, following a fixed GPX route that traces the ancient borders of Bohemia.

Bohemian Border Bash Race follows a strict self-supported philosophy. Riders are responsible for their own navigation, food, accommodation, and mechanical repairs, with no outside assistance permitted. The event is completed in a single stage with a seven-day time limit, demanding careful pacing, smart resupply, and resilience across constantly changing terrain.
