We are Jud, Max, Jéjé and Yoyo and we have created the Elevation Events association to serve you on a beautiful little platter an adventure with a capital “A” lasting several hours or even… several days on your trusty little bike.
We want to take you on a journey through tracks that will reveal many surprises and wonders as the miles go by. It will also allow you to learn more about yourself, to surpass yourself, to meet men and women who share your passion, but above all, to allow you to have maximum fun throughout this adventure and thus cross the finish line with stars in your eyes.
You won’t be disappointed with the trip, so hold on to your helmet, tighten your shoes, grip your handlebars firmly and let’s go to Elevation Vercors !
Based on this event's terrain, difficulty and riding style.
At 350 km with 10000 m of elevation gain, Elevation Vercors is roughly the distance of 8 marathons back to back, with climbing that adds up to more than 1.1 times the height of Mount Everest.
A Hardtail MTB is the right tool for Elevation Vercors. Set it up with 2.2-2.4" Tubeless rubber and gear it low — a 30-32T (1x) chainring and 10-52T cassette will keep you spinning on the steeper sections.
Expect a Intermediate-tier challenge at Elevation Vercors — steadily rolling, with a healthy amount of climbing climbing over seriously technical, unforgiving terrain throughout, with mild and generally comfortable weather typical for the time of year.
Elevation Vercors takes place on July 3, 2026. That puts it in summer, with long daylight hours, though heat can become a real factor.
Elevation Vercors runs primarily on off-road, and we'd recommend 2.2-2.4" Tubeless tires to handle it comfortably.
